Eagle software provides self-service functionality that allows users to change the email address bound to their serial number. This article will introduce the detailed operation steps.

Steps to Modify Bound Email

Access the email change page: Go to the official self-service serial number email change page.
Enter required information: Fill in your "Eagle Serial Number" and "Original Bound Email Address" on the page. This is to verify your identity and ensure the operation is performed by the legitimate serial number holder.
Submit reset request: After clicking the "Reset Bound Email" button, the system will send a verification email to your original bound email address. Please check your inbox and spam folder to ensure the email is not blocked.
Complete email verification: Open the verification email and click the link in the email to complete the email reset operation.
Reactivate the software: After completing the above operations, restart Eagle software and enter your "Eagle Serial Number" and "New Bound Email Address" in the activation window, then click the "Activate Software" button to complete the new email binding and software activation.

Important Notes

If you cannot normally use your original bound email to receive emails, or if email login fails, please first contact your email service provider to resolve the issue. In such cases, we cannot provide reset services.
The serial number and bound email are only used for software activation and do not involve online storage space or verification email services. Therefore, even if your original bound email cannot normally receive emails or you no longer use it, it will not affect your Eagle product usage rights.
